From AI Ambition To Business Results: Where is Enterprise Value Emerging? Roundtable in partnership with AMD, taking place in London on the 2nd December 2026.

It is now four years since the release of ChatGPT and most enterprise organisations that have moved beyond experimentation and begun implementing generative AI (GenAI)—and sometimes Agentic AI—workloads. Deployment is underway but where is the enterprise value ? Where is AI making a meaningful difference? Is it through improved productivity, supporting better decision-making, or developing new capabilities and operating models?

At this forthcoming Tech Monitor executive roundtable, in partnership with AMD, we’ll consider what effective GenAI rollout looks like. The event—open to senior IT leaders—will explore lessons learned and emerging best practice when it comes to the compute, data and software decisions that shape successful AI adoption. It will also be a chance to consider the role of AI PCs, make informed choices when purchasing CPUs and GPUs, and understand how best to control costs across a remodelled IT estate.

Among the topics we’ll discuss:

* Measuring business value from AI investments

* Designing effective AI architectures

* Evaluating compute capacity needs

* Identifying the role Agentic PCs within the enterprise AI ecosystem

* Assessing AI workload adoption on-premise and in the cloud

* Considering the merits of CPUs and GPUs

* Managing data privacy, operational resilience, and sovereignty

As with all Tech Monitor / AMD roundtables, the focus will be on open and informed discussion among peers and subject-matter experts. We invite you to join us for an evening of insightful conversation and shared learning.
